Conversations across T-Tech 2026 reinforced a common industry challenge—delivering more transport infrastructure with fewer resources while embracing digital transformation.

EngineeringX was proud to participate in T-Tech 2026 as both a speaker and exhibitor, joining transport, infrastructure and technology leaders from across New Zealand to discuss the future of intelligent transport systems and digital engineering.

Throughout the event, we had the opportunity to engage with engineers, consultants, local authorities and industry partners, with many conversations converging around the same set of challenges facing today's infrastructure sector. Organisations continue to seek ways to deliver more infrastructure despite increasing demand, constrained resources and growing expectations around quality, consistency and project delivery.

These conversations reinforce the vision that has guided EngineeringX from the beginning. We are developing intelligent road design automation technology that assists engineering teams by automating repetitive and time-consuming design activities while ensuring engineers remain in control of design decisions. By reducing manual effort during the early stages of brownfield road design, engineers can spend more time evaluating options, solving complex design challenges and delivering better outcomes for their communities.

We would like to thank everyone who visited our stand, attended our presentation and shared their perspectives throughout T-Tech 2026. Industry collaboration continues to play an important role in shaping our product roadmap, and the feedback received during the event provides valuable direction as we prepare for the upcoming private beta release of AutoRoads Design.

As EngineeringX continues towards public release, we remain committed to working closely with industry to develop technology that supports safer, faster and more intelligent transport infrastructure design.

From months to minutes: Automated brownfield road design — no CAD workflows required

We replace manual drafting with constraint-based design automation, enabling engineers to generate and evaluate design options rapidly for road design & project delivery.
